We’re sorry to hear that your candle or diffuser has arrived damaged. Please contact customer services at help@oasis-stores.com or speak to an advisor now via chat below on the right-hand side. When contacting please could we kindly ask you take some photos of the damage and carefully dispose of. When contacting please let us know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement and we will arrange this to be actioned at the earliest convenience.
