Please ensure that you have entered your 19 digit gift card/ e-voucher number in correctly as well as the 4 digit pin (for gift cards only)
Please also check your balance to ensure you have enough funds to pay either the full amount or use the gift card as part payment
Please also check that your gift cards are valid for 24 months, and are valid in standalone stores and online.
