I'VE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM DPD SAYING MY ORDER IS DELAYED

Although this email from DPD might seem a tad negative, we promise it’s a good sign!

This means that your order (or at least part of your order) has been picked and packed in one of our stores and will be with you imminently (usually within 48 hours) it just missed the DPD handover time in-store.

If you have still not received your order within 48 hours please do get in touch with customer services at help@oasis-stores.com who will be happy to look into this further for you.
